Heinemann Construction LLC is a locally owned and operated construction company that serves Greenacres, Newman Lake, Spokane, Spokane Valley, and Liberty Lake, WA. Jeff Heinemann is the owner of this great company and does not mind being active in the construction work either. As owner and operator, Jeff knows that being hands-on and present gives him great control over the quality, cleanliness, and timeframe of the job. He strives to ensure that all customers are treated with respect, honesty, and professionalism.
Jeff grew up in the small farm town of Rosalia, WA, which is 30 miles south of Spokane, WA. Working on the farm, he became a hard worker and developed ethics which he has put into practice, both in his everyday life and on the site.
Over the past 20 years, Jeff has been working in construction and remodeling. While assisting homeowners turn their projects into a wonderful reality, Jeff is also a proud husband and father, active in his church serving the community and the youth there, and enjoys sports and outdoor activities.
Our Time-Proven Satisfaction Procedure
As soon as you contact us, you will be speaking with a polite and punctual contractor who will gladly come over and give you a free consultation. Ideas, layout, materials, colors, and costs associated will be discussed and presented to you. You get to decide the finishes you want.
Together, we will create a written contract that is agreed upon by you, the customer, and us. When the contract is signed, we will collect the down payment at this time.
Finally, we will start and complete the project according to the written contract agreed upon. We keep our word, and your satisfaction is guaranteed.
During Your Project
Your home is your castle, and at Heinemann Construction, we treat it as such. The job site is always kept clean. This helps provide a safe construction process and promotes a better-looking site. Profanity and the use of drugs or alcohol are strictly forbidden. Workers may not be under the influence.
Materials chosen by you are written into the estimate of the job. These materials will not be switched for inferior ones unless first mutually agreed upon. If at any point during the construction process, you have questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to bring them to our attention. Your satisfaction and the quality of your project are some of our top concerns.
